ZSound 3D diffusers scatter sound in a 3D hemisphere, and are best placed on the side walls towards the back of a room. They are also effective on the rear wall to the sides of the listening position. As an added bonus, its well structure provides bass absorption, a sorely needed effect in most listening rooms.

There are several versions in the line: 

Deep and Shallow, for effectiveness at lower and higher frequencies (see charts below)

Open cavity and Damped cavity for different low frequency absorption characteristics (see charts below).
